HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if available) that you can use to get the latest updates on your shipment. We will also automatically notify you via email about any important tracking information. The tracking number will only be available once the item has been shipped.
WHAT IS YOUR ORDER PROCESS?
- Our order process is very straightforward. After completing your payment details during checkout, you should receive a confirmation notice in the email you provided. You should receive a shipping confirmation email within 4 to 6 business days. If you have any issues, please contact our customer service team through our contact page.
MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED ON TIME, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
- If your order has not arrived within the specified delivery time, you can track your order to see its status. Sometimes orders are delayed due to the shipping companies. Please also reach out to us to find out where your product is.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
- Shipping within Spain may take between 12 and 20 business days to arrive.
- International shipping may take between 15 and 30 business days to arrive, depending on various factors. Please be patient with international shipments, as they inevitably take longer. Wait between 15 and 25 days before informing our customer service team about a missing order.
